potential users from my target audience.
Here are some conclusions -
Users mentioned the Observing of their workout plans is not comfortable, their plans are usually written on paper or stored in Google Keep.
Nearly half of the potential users, submitted a self-review and tracked their progress.
Many of the potential users mentioned they lack dynamic updates during their workouts. Sometimes they miss an exercise or reduce a repetition which situation who can harm the progress.
Most of the people who took part in my interviews mentioned that they work out with a plan.
First point, The fact that their plans are stored in different places is considered an inconvenience. Users currently store plans primarily in Google Keep or on paper.
The second pain point I found through potential user interviews was that people wanted for self-review option, a feedback tool for enhancing their progress.

Most apps do not show a place to take personal notes
I decide to place the calendar in the central place, beneath the ‘hero’ welcoming, the calendar will show the present week and the workouts scheduled.
From this point, the user will continue easily to the first and second task flow. add and select a workout, and the second point, helping the user to set a review for any exercise to enhance his improvement
Design research is required to move from wireframes to designed frames. I am trying to identify the value of the users, their interests, Observing also other products on the market, and see which style is fit for the app theme.
